I have lived here for 3 years and absolutely love it. It feels like a small house rather than an apartment. The staff and maintenance is amazing. The pool is an awesome added bonus. I would definitely recommend bluegrass villas!

I’ve lived here since October 2020 and I’ve had a very pleasant experience during the last 2 1/2 years. It’s very quiet and comfortable. My rent didn’t go up too much when I renewed so I will continue to live here as long as it’s affordable to me. No issues at all so far

Since I have been here. The staff has been extremely helpful and getting me anything I need and always greet me with a smiling face. they are just kind souls always willing to help. They are a great asset to this facility. if we had more people like them, the world would be a much better place.

Everything was seamlessly easy by the willingness of staff to help set up access and answer questions. They greeted me and my son every time we entered the main offices for help. Very friendly and welcoming!

The employees here are like family. Both office staff and maintenance will go above and beyond. Any maintenance request I've made have all been completed that day. Daily trips to the mailbox wouldn't be the same if my 6 year old didn't stop off and visit the ladies in the office.
